‘Hunar Se Rozgar Tak’ Scheme
The institute conducts two programmes free of cost under “Huner se Rozgar tak scheme” Under Capacity Building for Service Provider sponsored by Govt. of India. The programmes are:
1. Waiter Cum House Man : 6 Weeks Duration
2. Food Production : 8 Weeks Duration
Qualification : Minimum 8th pass.
Age : Not less than 18 year and not more than 28 year.
Attendance Criteria: 90% to qualify for stipend and end of course exam certification.

The student will be provided with uniform and lunch during the course.
Skill Testing and Certification Programme
Any person working in the industry but not having any formal education in hospitality.
Any person already employed in Food & Beverage Service or Food Production in the hotel or allied industry.
Duration of the course – 6 Days (5 days orientation 1 days testing and certification).
Wage Loss Compensation – Rs 200/- per day is payable to each candidate.
Application in prescribed from forwarded by the employer/organization.
Mid Day Meal Programme
A training Programme for Cook cum helpers engaged in Mid Day Meal programme is being organised by the Ministry of tourism, Govt of India and Ministry of Human Resources Development, Govt of India. The goal is to upgrade the skill, hygienic standard and value of nutritive food for the school children under Mid Day Meal scheme.
